Bratislava Slovnaftská
CITYSITE Bratislava Slovnaftská is the first of the projects that Contera is planning in other major cities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The CITYSITE concept is now also being prepared in Říčany near Prague and in Ostrava.
About the project
The project focuses on small business units, which are smaller flexible rental units that provide facilities for modern businesses. The premises can be used for a variety of functions; where in addition to office facilities there can be showrooms, shops, services and small storage facilities, but also laboratories or spaces for science and research. The premises are also often used for so-called city logistics or "last mile logistics".
We have completed two office buildings in Bratislava so far. Construction of the multifunctional buildings is planned for 2024.
