Contera Park
Ostrava D1
Contera Park Ostrava D1 covers an area of approximately 35 ha with a leasable area of more than 161,000 m2. It is located on the outskirts of Ostrava at the exit of the D1 motorway. Most buildings were completed in 2022. These modern buildings have been BREEAM certified.
About the project
Contera Park Ostrava D1 is mainly used by companies from the e-commerce and logistics sectors, oriented both locally and to multinational distribution. Large industrial areas are combined with smaller flex buildings that also provide facilities for lessees in the area of small production and services, mostly with higher added value.
Major lessees in the Park include Sportisimo, AT Computers and Plzeňský Prazdroj. The project will also include a technology park, the construction of which is planned for 2024.
This is the second industrial park realised by Contera in Ostrava. The 85,000 m2 Contera Park Ostrava City project was completed in 2019.
