Our intention is to build small business units (SBUs). These are modern buildings that will consist of a combination of offices, showrooms and industrial or commercial facilities. The total area of the new construction is 20,000 m2 (of built-up area).
About the project
We envisage partial self-sufficiency of buildings – a combination of photovoltaic panels on the roofs of buildings or green roofs. The new construction will also include superior employee facilities, plenty of greenery and a landscaped ground floor. The commencement of construction is linked to the completion of the Prague ring road.
